Just email the clinic at: combsvet@yahoo.com with your name, phone #, pet's name & name of prescription.

You can pick up the refill at the Clinic or you can have it mailed to you.

If you would like to have it mailed to you, we will call you for a method of payment after the order is approved by a Doctor.

There is a $5.00 shipping & handling charge on all orders.

All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
