Tonya Pruett, D.V.M.   

Tonya received a BS from Purdue University in 1994, then received her DVM from Ross University in 1999.

Tonya joined Combs Vet Clinic in 1999. Along with treating dogs and cats, she also treats exotic pets, performs acupuncture & TPLO surgeries.

In 2008, she became a part-owner of Combs Vet Clinic.

In her free time, she enjoys taking care of her 2 cats, Bot & Fluke. She also enjoys traveling with her husband & scuba diving.

                         Sarah Nickel, D.V.M.

Sarah graduated from Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois and the University of Illinois, Champain-Urbana, Illinois.

Sarah joined Combs Vet Clinic in July, 2006

 At home she enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, families and pets: Walter, Sutcliffe, Wrigley and Leinienkugel. She loves to garden, cook, read and hopefully watch the Chicago Cubs finally win the World Series.

         Christina Victor, D.V.M.

Christy received a BS from Indiana University in Biology in 1992, then received her DVM from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1996.

 Christy joined Combs Vet Clinic in 1996.

She has 2 dogs and 4 cats of her own at home.

Christy grew up in a small town in Indiana (Clay City) and knew from a young age that she wanted to pursue a career in a profession where she could apply her interests in biology and animals. Veterinary medicine was a natural track to follow and she's loved being able to help pets and their families as a veterinarian. She also loves seeing the bond between pets and their families develop through the years. Its difficult for her to point out special interests within the field itself because she finds the surgical cases to be the most interesting, the medical cases to be the more challenging, and the wellness visits to be the most fun. It takes all three to make a day complete!

 Outside of work, she keeps busy with her 3 children and their 4-H and Girl Scouting acitivies, going to Reds' baseball games with her husband, and participating in outdoor activities like hiking, running and gardening.

 Kathryn Ward, D.V.M.

Katy graduated from Ball State University in 2004 and from Purdue University in 2009.

Katy joined Combs Vet Clinic in June, 2009.

She has 2 dogs: Joey - a 6 year old Jack Russell Mix and Macy - a 3 year old Black Lab mix, 5 cats - Tang, Ginger, Ivy, Fern & Bella.

Katy has a fiance - Austin.

She enjoys fishing, camping, hiking, reading, cooking , spending time with family and is a licensed divemaster.

Along with treating dogs and cats, she also sees exotic pets.
